Grosvenor Pottery

Marked examples appear to have moulded bodies with applied sprigs. 2 and 4 pints have been seen. They have the standard trio of men sprig, the OLD WILL 1761 sprig copied? from Port Dundas and 4 pints have an unusual toper sitting astride a barrel marked "YOU MAY TALK ABOUT INCOME TAX BUT GIVE ME XX". This must also be borrowed or copied as it also appears on an flagon dated 1855, some 14 years before the opening of this pottery. They also have individual topers cut out of the trio.
