5 pint and 4 pint jugs. Many of these sprigs appear identical to ones found on jugs that can be ascribed to Bourne of Denby. These include the huntsman, fox in covert and windmill.
| This jug (height 8.5 inches, so 4 pints) recently sold on Ebay and
confirms the Derbyshire, presumably Bourne, attribution. The windmill
seems unique to Bourne. The gold decoration is a very unusual feature on
salt glaze but identical decoration has been recorded on two other
Bourne jugs with regular handle terminals .
